Screen Printing Department

Our screen printing department is located at our 852 Dexter Rd., Corinna, ME complex.

We require a 36 piece minimum order for a one color, one location (single screen) print. There is a $20 screen fee on orders less than 72 pieces. For any orders over 72 pieces, you will receive a FREE $20 setup (screen).

We require a two week lead time from the time you approve your design. You are welcome to choose up to three different items from the catalog. We offer hundreds of clip-art designs as well as custom designs. If you have an idea for a scene or text, please send your requests on our inquiry form. We will be happy to create a design and fax or email to you for approval.

If you already have your logo on disk – please feel free to email our Screenprinting Department. Your logo will be kept on file for future orders or you may request a hard copy on disc.

Special / Rush Orders

Here at Berg Activewear we are happy to accommodate our customers with RUSH orders, Large Orders, Specialty items, and much more. We do understand that there are occasions where some of our customers will require special service.

If you are in need of an item before our standard lead times, please call ahead and we will be happy to assist you. Generally, for all Special/Rush Orders we require your artwork be emailed immediately for viewing. At that time we can determine if any art charges will apply.

Secondly, we will need you to fax or email your item choice, color, and sizes as soon as possible. We do not take any new orders over the phone. We will be happy to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Please understand that large orders and multi color-designs may require a longer production time.

Rush orders are available for a minimum $30 charge – please call to discuss your options!
